Covers term-based commitments, client responsibilities, cancellation restrictions, auto-renewals, and delegated admin access. Includes detailed schedules for 365 and Azure, and an SLA for the support you offer.

CO-MANAGED SERVICES AGREEMENT

$549

Defines the shared responsibilities between the client’s internal IT team and the service provider. Covers support escalation paths, administrative access rules, liability boundaries, change management, and service exclusions. Includes optional configurations for Level 1 ownership (client vs provider), joint ticketing workflows, and co-managed tools or systems.

Includes: 1 hour of legal customisation time

What if the tailoring goes past two hours?

 

No problem — we’ll let you know in advance if it looks like we’ll go over. Any extra time is billed at our standard hourly rate of $200.

What if I don’t have an existing agreement?

 

That’s totally fine. You can start fresh with one of our ready-to-tailor legal agreements built specifically for MSPs in your geography.

Who does the legal tailoring?

 

All tailoring is done by our in-house legal advisor, who works with MSP agreements all day every day.

What if I need more than one agreement?

 

Each agreement is priced individually, but if you’re after a full legal suite, talk to us — we’re happy to package up a deal.

Is this the same as using a law firm?

 

Not quite — it’s faster, MSP specialised, and more cost-effective. We focus on IT service contracts and speak your language.

Can I make changes to the agreement after it's delivered?

 

Yes, you’ll receive a fully editable Word document, so you can adjust details as needed or reuse the base with future clients.

Do you offer ongoing legal support or updates?

 

We can — just ask. We offer additional review or support on an as-needed basis at our hourly rate.
